How BI-Analytix uses text messaging, what to expect, and how we protect your mobile information.

BI-Analytix ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS (text message) communication program that allows us to send transactional and conversational messages to customers, prospective customers, and individuals who have provided their mobile number to us. Examples of messages we may send include:
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from BI-Analytix in any of the following ways: (a) submitting our web opt-in form at www.bi-analytix.com/sms-opt-in.html with your mobile number and checking the consent box; (b) texting START to (682) 297-6234; or (c) providing your mobile number during an account onboarding process or by verbal request and confirming your consent. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from BI-Analytix at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber of, or an authorized user of, the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the nature of your engagement. You may receive messages in response to your requests, scheduled communications related to your project or account, and occasional follow-ups.
Message and data rates may apply. The exact rates depend on your wireless carrier and your plan. BI-Analytix is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to SMS messages we send or receive in connection with this program. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, or text STOP to (682) 297-6234. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
If at any time you need assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or text HELP to (682) 297-6234, and we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to contact us. You can also reach our team at any time at info@bi-analytix.com or by visiting our contact page.
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
BI-Analytix respects your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit your text messages and respond to you when necessary.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platform providers (e.g., our SMS infrastructure provider Twilio), is permitted strictly for the purpose of operating the SMS program. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This information is stored securely and is used solely to operate the SMS program, fulfill your requests, maintain records of consent, and comply with applicable laws.
We retain SMS consent records and related communications for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at info@bi-analytix.com, subject to recordkeeping obligations required by law.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or wireless network is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to consent to receive SMS messages from BI-Analytix.
We may update these SMS Terms & Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes may be communicated via SMS or email at our discretion.
